EUROPE:

We prefer that you order through our webshop, but if necessary we can also accept orders through e-mail (order.aer@gmail.com) or phone (+47) 91 34 74 24 (ONLY weekdays between 12.00 - 17.00 CET)

We only accept payment upfront from outside Norway. All orders must be fully paid within 14 days (2 weeks) from ordering or else it will be deleted. We accept payments either as PAYPAL (4% paypal-fee will be added), cash sent in a letter (only € or $ - no coins), transfer through Western Union (all transaction-fees at your expense) or bank-transfer to our account (all bank-fees at your expense). When you order make sure you choose which way you want to pay. Details such as addresses, account number etc. will be given to you on mail.

There is no possibility to pay by creditcard as of yet.

You will always receive a personal e-mail from us 24-48 hours after your order has been received with information such as if everything you ordered is in stock, the total amount to pay, payment details etc. Do NOT send us any payments before you have received this mail!

PRICES DOES NOT INCLUDE POSTAGE FOR EUROPE!!

Postage-rates in Norway are extreme, so order together with others and split the postage or at least make sure you are aware of the postage-rates before you order!

POSTAGE RATES (airmail delivery - takes 5-7 days to arrive):

Up to 100 gram: 2.- €

100 - 350 gram: 4,50 €

350 gram - 1 Kilo: 11.- €

1 kilo - 2 kilo: 20.- €

Over 2 kilos: Get in touch for details as more postage is added for each additional kilo

(If you wonder how many CD's or LP's fit into each category, just check the weight of your own CD's/ LP's at home)

All postage-rates is for first class priority airmail. There are no other cheaper/ slower options for packages outside Norway. All packages over 2 kilos is automatically registered and can be traced. Registration and tracking possibilities for packages under 2 kilos will cost an extra 10.- € and you need to tell us that you want this done!
